My order arrived damaged, what can I do?

If you receive an item and it is damaged or faulty upon arrival, then request a return and we will investigate the matter. You will need to send proof of the damage via photos. In most cases you will get a free replacement.

How long do I have to return something?

40 days. If you have any questions about returning an item, contact us.

I have returned an item, when will I get my refund?

We can not give an exact time frame on when you will receive your refund. There are a lot of variables to consider. It can take a few days for us to receive your returned items, not accounting for any unavoidable delays, such as extreme weather, strikes, etc. It will then take a few more days for us to fully investigate the matter (if needed), and an estimated 3-10 working days for the payment to be processed by the payment provider.

If it has been 2 weeks since you sent us your items, contact us and we will make things right.

Can I exchange an item for something else?

Yes! If an item isn't what you imagined, you can exchange it for another item of the same value. For items that cost more or less than the original item, it is best to refund the unwanted items and once we receive the unwanted items, place a new order for the new items.

Is there anything I can't return?

Our earrings are the only item we do not accept back for either a return or exchange (unless faulty or damaged). This is for hygiene reasons.

Gift cards can not be returned or exchanged either.

Please note that any donations made to Oxfam during the checkout process are non-refundable.

Do you offer store credit?

Yes! If you return an item to us, you have the option of receiving a full refund, an exchange, or store credit. If you choose store credit, we will send you an egift card with the total order value on to use at a later date. Your new egift card will be available to use immediately.

How do I return something?

You can request a return by clicking the "Request a Return" button located on the top and bottom of the Returns page, and submitting the form, providing as much information as possible. Once we have accepted your return, you will need to send the items to the address provided.

Important: It is the customer's responsibility to return the item(s) to us, and to pay the return shipping fee.
