What are my cancellation rights?

You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How do I make a complaint?

We hope you never have to make a complaint against us, but we understand these things can happen. If you have a complaint about anything, do not hesitate to contact us.

Since Sarah-Jayne Harry is the sole proprietor of Ambria Jewellery, all complaints will go through Sarah and dealt with accordingly. All complaints will be dealt with within 10 working days and you will be kept in the loop the entire time. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may make an appeal with our ADR scheme, The London Arbitration Centre. Their details are:
