How do I create an account?

Head to the Login page and enter the email you want to associate with us, enter a strong password, then click Create. You will be redirected to the homepage. To access your account, click the Account icon at the top of the page.

How do I edit my account details?

You can easily edit your details by first logging in to your account and clicking the edit/add button.

How do I login?

Head to the Login page and enter your email and password.

What if I forget my password?

Click the Reset Password link on the login page. You will receive an email with a link to set a new password.

I don't have access to the email associated with my account.

If you no longer have access to the email you used to create your account, contact us and we can update your account with a new email.

Do I need to register an account to order from Ambria Jewellery?

No. You can complete an order by checking out as a guest. No account needed.

How do I view my order history?

First, make sure you are logged in, then visit your account. This will show you all your order details.
